Steeger Braider Monitoring

Retrofit monitoring for stationary Steeger braiding machines. Motor current is used to automatically determine braider ON/OFF state.

The stand-alone MCB-82X transmits operating data over the facility Wi-Fi network to a web-based monitoring system. It is a monitoring-only device and does not control, interrupt, or modify the braider control system.

Automatic braider ON/OFF detection from measured motor current.
Remote operating visibility with historical utilization and downtime information.
Local LCD status display and read-only technician diagnostics.
Pushover mobile notifications for braider ON/OFF changes, monitoring enabled/disabled, and device startup.
Optional relay outputs can drive local status lights.
